Ok I've been looking everywhere for info on where to get more dimension diamonds besides the Level 40 Class Change quest and I haven't found one that knows or is willing to tell if they do know. Someone shed some light on how to get more Town Specific SoE's? Me and my room mate share a buffer and its eating our pocket book porting her all over the place between us.

I heared those drop in the dimention rift.
Also clan halls can make city specific SOE's, but those cost allot too.

Actually there cheap, costs 32k to craft them, very nice if ur going from aden -> gludio/gluddin. This is from giran CH btw.
