Some questions about mobs and other things

Hello,
I have some questions about some mobs:

I had read that Wasp Leaders can drop Brigandine Shield Fragments and Brigandine Helmet Designs. Is that true or false? If it's true, what are chances to get these materials ? :/

I read some C3 info (not official) and those wasps drop the part with a realy low chance may be 1/400-1/500. Those wasps are 1/2hp and party mobs.

A good source of info on what mob drops what item can be found at Stratics. (http://lineage2.stratics.com/content/library/items/etcitems.php?type=material)

There is one site that lists drop percentages, but it may not be referenced here, and you have to pay ($10?) to get the info.

The spiders in cruma swamps drop brig helm pieces I got a full brig helm on PTS from them. Also the bugbears south of hunter valleye drop the brig shield and helm parts much better odds than the bee's

True, but the bugbears are level 38.
