I have noticed an oddity about castle defense that I believe may be a bug, but I need to know for certain before I report it as such.
During the defense of Innadril (not sure of the others), when registered defenders who are not part of the castle-owning clan (indeed, even people in the castle-owning alliance) are killed and respawn, then teleport into the throne room of the castle. Once there, THEY HAVE NO WAY TO LEAVE. The throne room's doors are closed and the gatekeeper will not talk to them. We have found a way around this, but it involves bashing the Wyvern gate open at the top of the castle, which is rather silly. Clearly, this CANNOT be how siege was intended.
Does anyone else know if this is common? Is this intended? Should I report this as a bug?

Some moron or a spy killed your inner teleporter which stands just inside the inside door. Once dead you cant port out and he wont be back for a while, forget spawn time. This is a common trick for a spy to do. The castle Lord can buy Other teleporters that are permenant to the castle and place then in different locations.
Other neato things you can do is if you own a castle is to fly your dragon over your enemies castle at siege time and land on top of castle secretly. Once you do this you have free reign to kill the life crystals and teleporter if you are not found quickly..
Since C4 neither of that applies any more. There are only permanent gatekeepers now, the ones you could kill don't exist. You also cannot fly over a castle other than your own during a siege, you'll get ported to the nearest town if you do.
I made my other comments on the thread in general though.

I have to correct you on that. During the siege this weekend, we captured Gludio. As we gained control of the castle, we respawned inside when killed on the battlefield. The gates were restored (with little HP) and we were stuck inside as the gatekeepers weren't there at all (probably killed). We could not port to the inner courtyard. Our only solutions were to either destroy the wyvern gate or use an SOE and travel back from Gludin.
She's right. Since C4, there are no longer Gatekeepers standing in the middle of the throne room or the middle of the outter courtyard. They are both gone. They no longer spawn and can no longer be killed as they're not available to kill. Castle owning clans speak now to the doormen on either side of both sets of doors to teleport out of the various gates. You cannot open any of the castle gates during the war, and this bug was one thing that attributed to our loss of Gludio this past weekend, because we had one party of our clan there, and the rest of the defense was friendly alliances and other allied clans. Beating down the Wyvern door is no fun, because you take damage when you fall either inside or outside of the castle. I'd like to know how to resolve this issue too.
