Just wanted to introduce myself,To embarresed to say what game I'm coming from but I just got tired of leveling to 60 ( lol).Anyways my name in game is Ivoc as well and started a Dark Elf mystic,so far so good .I've read the forums a bit and decided on this server :) anyways look forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome to the game and server. Just remember that this game is not as forgiving as the other more colorful MMO's out there. But it can be very exciting and very epic. It also takes a lot of dedication.
I gaurantee you will not say you are tired of lvling to 60 in this game. :cool:
Well already off to a bad start,as I have read this problem in other gaming forums as well but didn't think it was gonna be this bad . The Dwarfs!! ....Is it like this at higher lvl area's?

lol no. Some party areas are heavily farmed, but generally there is little trouble finding space to lvl without anyone for miles. And, at high lvls, mob aggro and player skills allow you to...combat...the problem.

Yeah, you will be tired to level past 20 with all the bots running aorund newb towns

Just make sure you go to Gludin Village around level 20. There are hardly any bots in that area and tons of other new players. They even form raiding parties every night and pvp eachother if a raid goes badly. It's where the Hindemith drama begins I think. Enjoy!

Also I looked on the warcry forum for a leveling guide, which looks like way out of date, any good sites to view?

Ty for the welcome,not sure what and how long your gaming experience is but I would like to know as how to choose a server? Do you just level for a few on all of them? Do you just pick the name of a server that sounds nice? Do you just say O the hell with it,I'm going with this one

Hi. How to choose your server? My brother introduced me to Lineage 2. (I never played a MMORPG before.) So I took the same server. Else I would choose the server with the best ping and least load.
The server forums are usually the playground for big and old characters you will not meet ingame often until you join an important alliance. They discuss server politics here and things that concern to them. It is actually my first post here because I belong to the "small" people of Aden.

The areas near the dark-elven village are currently among the worst in the game. Last I saw, it looked like there was one of "them" for every two monsters :eek:
My name is LordMinion and I am mostly known (only...) your leading raids that start in gludin, and travel allllll of aden.... :-) message me in game sometime and if we have a raid your level and need an extra nuker, you're more than welcome to come :-)
Lol ,I found out where everyone is. I got a quest that gave me a scroll to teleport to Giran and man o man, no wonder there is no one around Dark Elf village lol.Worried how I was gonna get back but the quest gave me a scroll to teleport back :)
I picked Hindemith due to the low ping. I never read the forums until after a few months after starting. I figured if you read the forum, you saw some of the drama :)
