I'm buying a laptop and wanted to know if anyone is running L2 on a laptop with the Intel Graphics Media Adapter 900. I emailed NCSoft and got the same generated bureacratic customer service answer that I've come to expect from them.
"Because it's not ATI or NVidia, it's not compatible."
Quick responses would be appreciated since i plan on buying soon.
I think the proper answer is that Intel chip sets are not supported. They may work now but it is not promised that it will work later. Remember a new chronicle is about every 6 months and Intel will not update their drivers just for one game.
If you didn't like NCSoft's support then you're just hurting yourself more getting an Intel Integrated chipset.
Buy a machine with either ATi or NVidia or you'll have to suffer the cosequences of [censored] drivers. [censored] drivers = Crap support.

That's exactly what I did. I found a better laptop with an ATI Radeon X1400 Video Card. This new one is even better and has alot better reviews, very fast and solid performance.
