I've hit lvl20 and become an Orc Raider, gonna stick with 2-handed swords, simply love em.
But geez, what should I buy at this lvl? Everything is on player-bazaars, and I don't have a clue what to look for.
And I'm not rich, sure i can fish up 500k in just 40min but that doesn't mean i can afford everything out there >_<

What 2-handed sword should i look for?

Equipment: brig, at least top and bottom, helmet gives +5% pdef and 5-10% to your's hp amount. It's easy to live without it.
Wearpon: the best you can afford for D grade. There are not many of those, after all =)
Fish non-stop untill you can emerge from the lake and afford a 3m Claymore and a 2m Brig helmet + 500k Brig BP/Gaiters. Aswell as rip guans and boots of power. Oh and elven jewelry, you can pick everything cept claymore and brig helmet up at giran store cheaper then most those jerk offs in dion..

First off, how much does a cmplete brig-set cost? ^^
And second, cant you upgrade weapons for a less price? Claymore is the best D-grade, can't you buy a worse 2-handed and upgrade it into Claymore? ^^

If you can muster up 1.5 to 1.7 million adena, don't start with a 2-handed sword to upgrade, Get a Tarbar and upgrade to Bonebreaker with Ancient Adena. Then switch Bonebreaker for Claymore.
If you can't get that much:
Heavy Sword --> Two-Handed Sword --> Claymore
Top+bottom go for like 500k in Giran.
The easiest way to upgrade to best D 2hander is to buy any highest giran wearpon (tarbar, sor, ets) and then upgrade with AA (about 500k aa) into best and trade for free for 2hander. You can't upgrade 2handers directly since they skip crystal grades.
480k AA i think it is. You can buy that for about 1mill from a player, total cost being 2.65mill. Most people trying sell top D weapons for 2.7-3.5m so its a good choice.

You can't upgrade 2handers directly since they skip crystal grades.
If he absolutely had to do it by upgrading from Heavy Sword to Claymore, he could trade Heavy Sword for same crystal amount D grade weapon, upgrade it 2 steps, then switch back to a Two-Handed Sword. Then do the same to get it to a Claymore.
Expensive this way, though.

Oh I see. So what I should do is get some (hell lot) money and buy tarbar + AA. then upgrade tarbar and eventually sell the top D-grade thats been made out of it... then sell it or trade it for a Claymore? ;o
Lol you didnt understand. If you have a tarbar for example, you speak with blacksmith mammon, you give him the tarbar and 480k ancient adena, he will give to you a bonebreaker. You then talk again with mammon and ask him to exchange your bonebreaker into a claymore, and it is free. In the end you have a claymore and no longer have the tarbar or the 480kaa.

If you get lucky with the gems yea, lol. My friend got 3mil in 5hours, just fishing. Kinda good for a guy who hasnt played this game further than lvl24 o.o

They are indentical weapons. They have the same cyrstal value. ELS/BB/Claymore/LXB/Mith Dagger are the most popular top d weapons they are all equal as they are all exchangable for one another at BS mammon, there are too other top d weapons but i forgot the names.

If you will buy sealstones and not aa it will be more like 700-800k (green seal stones are sold for 7-8 usualy) or you can try to sety up buy store to get them for 6a each. then it will be close to 600k for upgrade.
