Probably because they are the most overpowered of all the nukers. If you notice they say the samething that many threads here have discussed in regards to why nukers became overpowered. Like has been say often its not the skills but its the set bonuses, bsps, Acumen SA that drive them over the top.
More information revealed today guys! VERY INTERESTING too! Could it be that ncsoft is listening. Here is what caught my eyes:
Greater Balance between classes
Elimination of PvP superclass. The classes will be counterbalanced in a RockPaperScissor way. Certain classes will be stronger against some classes over others. (note: necros)

You realise that that means "class 1" loses to "class 2" always, but always wins to "class 3"?
So...mage always looses against an archer, but always wins against melee?
Or something like that (and consider it is not always, flukes/ganks/better player/afk/etc.)
Cool balance there, I am excited. Heres hoping anyway.
Something like that (not saying it will work like this just an example of Rock paper scissors)
right, what I said. Only you took it more indepth. Still not excited. As much as they call that balance, I would rather see things depend on player skill alone. Not who brought the most "rocks" to fight some "scissors", "OH NO! Watch out, Paper gank group!"
In rock paper scissors a well balanced groups wins... and I'm all for that. :)

That's incorrect, though you're right it can be strong. There are many different strategic variations which can alter power. Often rock/paper/scissor balances are imperfect on one facter, time. So a tank may have an easy time killing melee dd, but it takes too long. In the end, a party which can efficiently change the numeric odds by eliminating the quick moving paper or scissor elements, may still be able to eliminate the rocks once the numbers have been countered out.
Don't be decieved, MASSIVE changes would be needed to change how game kinetics work to achieve what you're suggesting and, while I would like it as much as you, I don't see NCsoft as very talented in this area.
