Hi, I petitioned a gm in game and becasue it wasnt an "in game emergency" i was directed here to get the answer to my question.
Did some of the mystic classes get a reduction in casting speed? Or did and of the mystic passive skills like fast spell casting, magic movement of spellcraft get changed recently?I ask this becasue every mystic class I have and this includes toons between the range of 14-62 has a lower casting speed since last friday. I also cant seem to find maintenance notes any more and there was a scheduled maintenance on friday, if someone could paste a link to where they are keeping the patch/maintenance notes now I'd be thankful.
thanks
