Hello all, im new in retail. For longs years (2 years) i play lineage2, i know good stuff of course... what i can say is, i need clan and make parties with ppl, im playing soloing for 4 days and im boring of this ^^... the game i never get boring but when u talk in play in one new server and u not have friends, this is boring for all lol´s (my bad english here) soo, maybe any1 here know me or somethink errrr... if yes give me a hand dude!!!!!! ^^ ggbbthx4all :D

What is that supposed to mean? You have played for 2 years, but you are new on the official servers? What should we conclude from that??
What he is saying is that, though he sucumbed to the lure of alternate L2 experiences, he realizes that in the end they were not good for a variety of reasons and has decided to invest the rest of his time in the Official game for the duration of his play.
He's from a private server and private servers are very popular in countries like Brazil, Greece and some others there's a good chance this guy didn't even know retail existed when he started playing and I bet he doesn't know they're against the EULA especially since in the server forum he posted he came here from private servers so like yeah good for him, hope he enjoys retail.
