How does Spoil really works? i dont mean the spoil/sweep thing. I mean more of the lvls of the monster you can spoil with certain lvl spoil.
Because my gf spoiled monster down in a cata lvl 53+ when she was only lvl 39. Ofcourse they dident land all of the time but almost everytime. :o can someone post a link to were spoiling is described in detail or know anything please tell.
Spoil is afected by lvl of the skill vs. lvl of the mob. Kind like a debuff or sleep only it's not afected by bsps nor ss. As far as it goes for me I have not noticed difference when i spoiled with wearpons or without them.
Even a WS can spoil a 50+ mobs, the trick is they will need to cast the spoil may be 10 times or more, and if they are lucky it will stick.
Then after the spoil sticked (message: "the spoiling had been sucesful", or something) it's all about the drop tables and lvl penaltyes.
anywere you can see % chance somewere? because i just cant get a real grip of how they calculate the % chance of the spoil landing. So many factors like... Your lvl, the monsters lvl, the lvls compared to eachother, the lvl of spoil thrown in there somewere, and is the dwarf drunk or not.
Alot of things to think about.
It's really something you have to discern for yourself.
For example, same level WS and BH, approximately 55. They go to disciple's necropolis, where everything is dark red to them. The WS actually spoils the same or more as the BH, even tho we're talking spoil1 v spoil7 here.
Once you have such a high level penalty, it all becomes somewhat random.

The spoil lands decently (most of the times takes 1 cast, rarely 2) within 6-8 lvls above your's char. The lower lvl of the mob is better. You can spoil the highest away mobs right after you got your's skill. For example i whent spoiling lvl 47 at CT2 with my lvl 36 spoiler. If i go there with her at lvl 40-42 the diference will be minimal, if any.
At green and whites the spoil landsd 95% of the time, exept when you like 1 lvl below getting a new spoil lvl, the whites need a second cast more often. I would of sayd 80-85% landing. Those numbers arent statistick, it just what it feels.
