Summons ruining raid boss drops?

Alright, i'm already absolutely positive that summons don't ruin raid boss drops, otherwise they're ruin mobs drops etc. However, due to disputes with others (mostly due to the rumour of summons ruining raid boss drops starting because of the whole pets lowering drops in the festivals), i'd really appreciate it if i could get an official word on whether summons affect raid boss drops or not just by attacking it (not including the 3 lvls + rule which applies to everyone).

Official confirmation that summons do not affect raid drops was given by Korea and posted by NC staff on these message boards a while back, but it's been pruned (:mad:)...that's the link posted in those threads, unfortunately the link won't work with the post itself deleted.

Also, the people you're raiding with are idiots for believing that rumor...but I'm sure you knew that already.

Thanks, i was hoping the official word wasn't gone by now, but now i have 4 threads with no arguement that it does cause it should be enough. :)

Hehe, i attempted to use search, but the ridiculous amount of threads/posts in those threads involving summons and raids was too much for me to sort through and find what i want.....disregard that.....i don't want to try and pull one thread into another :eek:
