I'm a lvl. 33 Palus Knight and I'm going to SKnight.
I have 2 options to choose about what kind of knight I'll be:
1. +4 dex/-4 con tats; Majestic Heavy; SoM w/acument - (bonuses: str+2, dex+4, con-6)
2. +4 int/-4 men tats; Nightmare Heavy; SoM w/acument - (bonuses: con+2, dex-2, int+4, men-4)
As you can see, fighter-mages.
I'm considering in the 2nd setup, change that tat for a +4 wit/-4 mem.
So . . . good enought or need some adjustments?
Hehe, level 33 and already thinking of A grade. I'm level 40, my choices are made for C and B grade, but I still have no idea what I'll for A, mainly because C and B are test for my final A choice.
Your choice of build are dependant on what you want to do as a SK, so I cannot tell you what to choose, but I can tell you what I choose for me.
In C grade, Cookie Cutter Tank build, with a Full Plate, a SLS with Focus and -3STR +3CON tats.
For B grade I'm gonna try a hybrid DD/Mage Build, with BW Heavy, Damscus Sword with Focus and +3STR -3CON, +4DEX -4CON, +4INT -4WIT tats.
After that I will choose my A grade by taking th build I loved the most.
Unfortunately you can not touch men as a fighter class. So that idea is out from the get go. I also agree with the other poster on going for NM heavy and magic power instead of acumen. Our clan's SK is going for that build, he has the NM heavy, +3 elemental (haven't got the crystal yet for the magic power sa), and he loves it. He plays the role of a heavy armor nuker using his drains, cubics, poison, and debuffs to both solo affectively and win alot of pvp's.

After looking a little the list of A grade equipment, there is 2 build that I might want to try in A grade.
Tank/Mage : Basically what Jareka described, a NM heavy with a mage sword (Elemental or Miracles), and use my SK as an Hevay Armored Mage.
or
DD : That would be the evolution of the DD build I will try in B grade, using Majestic Heavy and a Dark Legion's Edge.
But again, I will only decide my A grade after trying my B grade DD build.
Here is the deal if you are tanking for a group do not lower your con as you will be the center of the mobs attention and with the least hp race in the game why make it worse. If you are soloing and have a healer then go ahead and drain con for dex or strength
