Yes i read the eula, but i am unable to read between the lines so please number those actions here, its better for players, not to get in trouble, and for you, save the time searching for a player.

Do not automate your play by any program other than the original client and your fingers.
Do not exploit bugs.
Do not impersonate a GM or other employee of NCsoft
Do not circumvent the Chat filter.
Do not be in a group with a bot.
Do not use skills so that in peace zones monsters will attack other players. :D
does luring spiders into gludio count cuz a few people were goin it for like 2 hours...
It's actually okay to bring monsters into town to attack other players, unless they are in private shops.
More no-no-no-nos:
You're not permitted to cuss too terribly much.
You can't pretend to be a NCSoft employee.
You're not s'posed to ebgay, IGE, or otherwise exchange real life $ for in-game goodies.

if you think something might get you banned in the back of your mind. Don't do it. I can read between the lines of your post and your looking for ways to cheat the game.

That's strange I read behind the lines that he wants to avoid making oopsies that gets him banned because he don't uinderstand the legal mumbo jumbo of the EULA. I have discussed the EULA for example with people who were convinced that ebaying was perfectly legal. It is not that clearcut.
But your advice is sound, if you think that something might gets you banned don't do it.
For the sake of completeness here are some things you are allowed to do without getting banned: Kill, steal, scam, grief, train, kiss. But no no to cursing even when these things are applied to you, nope can't have you cursing or even thinking of sex, those things are bad for your mental stability.
do not drop items on the floor during a siege (72 hour ban for intentionally causing lag to other players)
do not ignore a GM when he petitions you, even though he probably asked stupid questions in bad english
