I have a human wizard rapidly approaching his second change class quest. You know the options, which one is uber in PvP and am I going to have fun playing. Warlocks look fun but don't see many. I solo a lot now but looking to get in a clan soon so that is a thought too.
I don't know what were questions because you didn't include question marks anywhere but I'll assume you were asking about which class you should choose (based on that you want a PWNING PvP class). The best PvPer among the 3 choices is the Necromancer, which is completely overpowered in C4. The warlock is fun as well, it just isn't completely overpowered :D
Any of the 3 owns at PvP tbh, necros are the Fotm atm but they will without doubt be nerfed soon, summoners are good at 1v1 pvp, and sorcs are good in general, i would go with the sorc, i feel it in my waters that they will get nothing but love from now on. I just hope to god that the Paper rock system doesnt make it to Live servers.

70 Sorcerer here. I love my class. Great crowd control, average casting speed, average nuking power. I can still solo (went up 7% last night in 8 buff sets). We fit in well with groups.
Anyone else have thoughts on this? Are you playing one or the other and LOVING it or maybe you're HATING it and wishing you went a different path?
I play a necro. It is a lot of fun. lvling is expensive unless u use cdl. If you use cdl, you will either gain xp incredibly fast, or you will lose xp incredibly fast. It's a lot of fun. I wouldn't roll a necro because the necro nerf is comeing no matter how much we scream it isn't necessary... so pick sorc cause warlock is going to be the c5 fotm.
Honestly, Duece7, all three are good options. They can all solo effectively and party effectively.
The Necromancer is the top dog in PvP, but staring down a nerf bat and trying to not flinch. Don't pick him for PvP supremacy, especially since he's not that much better than the other two anyway. The temporary advantage isn't worth it, pick it for the class itself--you're a mix of nuking, summoning, and debuffs.
The Warlock is a little on the expensive side to solo, but does it with serious style and low risk. In high-level parties, their fourth-summon buffs make them awesome in fighter parties, although they have less to offer nuker parties.
The Sorcerer burns stuff. Cut-and-dry nuker, mix of power and speed on the nukes. Low variety but also a very clear role--blow -_- up.
