Fake Death???

Ok ok ok Fake Death is really faked, i donno for what it is. When u running and have 100 life and u use fake death mobs still attack u when u are "death" so after few seconds u are dead for real.I tested it for 5 times and always same crap mobs are attacking me when im using fake death and yes i have mp for using it 20s.

So lets see what was NCsoft writed at skill:
"Makes PC play dead and makes the enemy unable to attack. Continuously consumes MP."

Really? That isnt true!!!! So can anyone explain for what is fake death? and how to use it.
Doesn't always work, like any other skill, has a possibility of failure.
You just got to be lucky I guess, I have a lvl 43 BH and fake death works more often than not.
On classes that have Silent Move, use it while using Fake Death = success always pretty much.
The main problem is that in C1, it was 100% work, with no downsides at all. The TH could have a thousand mobs on him and then fake death, and be completely safe. Now, you still get hit sometimes, making it actually risky.
There's no reason why any skill should be foolproof. Carry emergency Greater Heal pots or BSOE.
What's cool is, you die anyways.

You get rezzed..

You're still lying down, because you did, indeed, fake death.
Fake Death may fail, but I don't think that is what happened in your situation. Fake Death prevents attacks being launched subsequent to its use. Mobs that have already started an attack will complete that attack even if you successfully use Fake Death after they commensed the attack.

This isn't a long delay usually, but if the mob is chasing you, it starts the attack and then completes it when it is in range. This looks like they attacked you after you used the skill, but not really.

To see this effect, you need to use FD while you still have HP enough to survive each mob hitting you once. Aggro a bunch, start running and FD. If it works, each mob will hit you a single time and stop. You may even 'pop' up when they do, but they won't still be aggro (until you move.)

I have died subsequent to using FD from the 'legacy' hits, but I've saved my life enough to figure out this little quirk.

I believe you have it 100% correct.
On a totally different note, it's possible to interrupt a bsoe.

Which sucks... unless you're the interrupter.
Possible yes, probable? no.

Possible yes, probable? no.

It's happened to me. :( :(
according to nc its impossible to interupt a bsoe

they did say you can die even when you use one though
i remeber a guy magically appeared in town and dropped dead
he said he bsoed but the mob who cast the spell still killed him
Well, I have a clannie who used a bsoe, got interrupted and then died to the mobs he wanted to flee from (the bsoe disappeared, so he definitely used it up). So he petitioned, and the gm said that bsoe, indeed, can be interrupted (if you look, they even have a "casting bar" now). And another used a bsoe, was ported to town, and then died there. So it seems that since C4 bsoe is no longer the fail-safe thing it was previously.
It's happened to me twice.
