I dont really give two hoots about my spelling or other peoples, i cba to proof read my posts, i just type it, post it, then if i notice i made a mistake i may go and edit it. Usually im to lazy tho. What annoys me tho is when people go and correct other peoples posts and edit their grammer to the "correct" way, snobs tbh. If its readable and i can understand it then its fine.
Actually in a way having message boards has inhanced my way of writing to others. It has increased my skills in debating on points thats for sure. If your grammar and spelling are being degraded because of posting maybe it's just because your lazy and making bad habits. Or maybe you just made this thread to ++post count :)
I doubt it, its getting harder and harder to have a thread here that isnt destined for golden padlock. I cant see any concievable way for this thread to end up there.

I've been posting on forums for quite a few years now. I wouldn't go so far as to say writing on forums has destroyed my ability to write coherently. It has however made me much lazier much of the time; I'll leave out punctuation, not capitalize, etc. I used to hate hate HATE the word "lol" but now I use it rather often.

What I meant to say was it helps in some ways but hinders in others. Omg... I knew I should of spellchecked on a post like that.

as you cn see frm tht statemnt it doesnt wrk for some wrds like you, out, of, at
Only reason why my spelling and grammar suck sometimes is because i have to type fast. While I'm at work i try not to keep the message board up for more than a few minutes at a time lol. Otherwise its going to get me in trouble one of these days eh.
