I'm sure you will be able to get letters no matter what your level is, but will the possible rewards matter if I turn in the words on my 4x toon or 7x toon? I know those boss jewelry items will be slim to none to get...but is level going to effect it...since a lowbie toon wont be able to use it wondering if they can't get them.

Im not sure never got anything but buff scrolls last time they did this event.

I was wondering about that myself. maybe some letters will only drop from higher lvl mobs like the II.

I got two IIs on my level 30-something character, I farm letters on. Only needed another G to hand in LineageII twice, which I aquired. I used my main char to collect prizes, because I considered what the OP suggested. I got 3 BSoEs and 3 Haste scrolls T_T
