Does anyone know what monsters the letters drop from? or even the rates? I'm new to this event, thanks.

all mobs will drop the letters even raid bosses I'm pretty sure. They won't drop all the time and there are some rarer than others.

If its set up the same as last year every mob dropped the letters. I got a letter almost every kill when hunting green/white mobs.

Im sure they will do like they have started doing for all kill and collect events. Drop rate will depend on server traffic. So during high activity drop rates will be good and vise versa.
