I was just wondering what, if anyone knows, is in store for L2. Specifically, will housing eventually be added? Also I'm curious if different mounts will be added (besides the striders) Not like there are not enough brutal money sinks and technical problems in the game already, I really would like to see these few things :D

lol what makes u think L2 is affected by what we say? its 100% korean led. they listen to koreans waging petition wars and thats it. all koreans care about is their class, and pve.
if thats what you think why the hell do you even play this game? Seriously? Of course they have to listen to ALL fan base suggestions. I mean do you know how the devs in korea put in their inputs into the game? Do you have inside knowledge as to how they go about doing it? How the hell do you know they are not taking suggestions from NA people and are you saying that the community admins have been lying to us all this time when they said they are giving korea feedback and that the devs are listening to our suggestions here?

ever occured to you that our suggestions just may have been the same as a korean suggestion as it so often is. If it's popular many people may think of it. The only suggestions I can think working are NA events and server transfers and new servers. But it's not like we've seen any of those.

I wont go into a bunch of detail, you can look for it up on your own. But basicaly NC is touring Korea taking questions and giving previews of C5 atm.
One of the more interesting tidbits is they say they are balancing the classes, or rather they are making it so that there aren't PvP superclasses. How this will be done, and if it will be done correctly or compitantly is yet to be seen. But sounds promising.

I have seen many suggestions on these forums put in to Chronicles. Also events. The server VS. server was suggested by a few after the bunny event got cheaters a nice advantage. Also I have never gotten any thing of value from an NCsoft event.
But that does not mean they implemented our ideas. For every one of us there is more then 15 Koreans. I'm sure there suggesting the same ideas on there forums. The fact they were implemented is just coincidence. Korean L2 has proven many times we are last on there list of priorities. We were skipped for events they had for all other server sets. Like the first Christmas event.
There is no Christian nation in eastern Asia but they all had an event to celebrate Christmas. We had none. They passed a recycled Chronicle launch event at the beginning of the month and called it the season of giving. We got mystery potions........... :mad:

Ever think that maybe after the success of WoW the devs may be a little more interested in just what the US player base is looking for. After all, WoW is a US developed MMO, and I could be wrong, but isn't it the number one selling MMO of all time? L2 is a business and even korean companies are about the money. You make money by getting as many people as possible to buy your product, and if the US player base suggests something that would help generate more money then I would have to assume that the devs would put it in the game.

Anyway, all I was asking was if there was anything new on the way....like housing or something. I understand that the U.S. market for this game makes up a very small percentage of the subscriber base so I understand that all we get is the translations and whatnot and that we probably have the smallest "say" in anything that the devs put into the game. (NA/Europe makes up, what, 65-70k or so out of 3 mil or so total substribers? not sure on the exact numbers)
