Where do people congregate to do level 45ish raid groups? I know for the 30's people gather in Dion, but I haven't seen any others anywhere.
Thanks

Clans and Alliances tend to raid together.

Well, ****, how do I get in one of them? I'm the highest in our very small, modest clan, nobody else is really ready for lvl 45 raid bosses
