I didn't know that there is a limit of recipes I can register, so I did register every recipe I found. Untill I had recipe that I really want to register, but it said I cann't add more :(. Is there any way to reset recipes I have registered?
You have a limit of 50 slots for recipes. Once you register a recipe the only way to remove it is to delete it. You can do this by draging it to that trash can symbol at the bottom of your recipe book window.

Yes you can I think you drag the item to teh little trashcan in the recipe book. Also before you do that you can buy Proofs of fish and make your book hold more recipies, up to 98. Talk to one of the blacksmiths they tell you how much each lvl of that skill costs..
