Seeking Offical Response - Ember - level 13 crysta

Ok so its been 2 weeks since my post.

I have NOT seen anyone level a crystal on the monster Ember (or as they poorly translated it to Amber in the quest tab).

I have killed Ember over 8 times now, having level 12 crystals every time and have not recieved any message if it was succesful or failed and have not leveled it at all. The messneger angel in the Rifts gives you a message. This is OBVIOUSLY bugged, Please give us a response and FIX IT.

Yes i have the quest and everything and ive tryed draining with the crystal and all that stuff, nothing works. Thanks

what, u can lvl crystals in the rift?

Yes Oranj, Anakazel can lvl your crystals from 12 to 13, and he's found randomly in the Rift.

Another noob question, can Anakazel level crystals from 10 to 11 and 11 to 12 too?

The SA quest only states that from 12-13 is possible on him. Never tested tho if you could actually lvl from 10->. It's hard enough to lvl with them from 12-13 as it isnt every time you succeed :)

Ember randomly enchants crystals, it's not a 100% garunteed thing. All i can say is keep trying of go for Antharas/Valakas.

So killing a raid boss 8 times with 9 people in party all with crystals, yes ive tryed level 10 and 11 and 12 crystals nothing works

Sure if you have leveled one post a ss.

The Messenger angel in the Rift who levels them at the same rate gives a Message if you were successful or not, i have NEVER recieved this and know of no one else who has either.

Assuming you've already tagged support, your best bet lies in keeping your posts close to the top.

thats what im trying, comin in to reply daily and have posted link for the mods in a thread they read.
