I recently became an Assassin but i was reading about the Shillien Knight and i want to be a Shillien Knight if I can. Is that possible?

Nope

Well, you can if you start a new character, but once you do the class change quest you are stuck with that class.

would that be worth it because i more of a sword man that likes to do damage?

It's fairly simple, really to get to level 20, so I'd say if you think you are going to like it more, go for it. Just remember you won't get newbie buffs on a second character.
