Just one question, why exactly are we not allowed to discuss the things that truly concern us, as players? As a paying customer, it would be nice if I actually felt that I'm giving my money to a company who valued my opinions and wanted to satisfy me just a little bit.
I enjoy the game for the most part, the game system is fun and innovative. The problems are big ones and I see nothing being done about it, and any thread in this forum mentioning these problems gets locked or deleted. My petitions about these problems in game get ignored.
I'd like to see some sign that the customers' satisfaction matters.
Yup, sure did, I don't buy it either. Actually, I'd give more details why I don't buy it, but that would violate those forum rules and get the thread locked.

You'd think NCSoft would get the message on what's a vital interest to the player community. I'm not sure the message is getting through, judging from Gludio and the cemetary on Lionna. I should make a movie some time. Hmm...
