(uncommon?) Dwarf setup questions

Ok, for all of ya who dont play their dorfs as l2 wanted, how do ya? Im close to get my WS to 40 and im rethinking about the setup. Ive also a 52+ BH who lvled 40-52 with FPA/Yaksa-Health and +3con-3str +2con-2dex as being more like a tank in small partys, gettin agro with spoil, but i want the WS to be different ^_^ I thought about:

Armor: Composite - Ive the shield on my sorc (Demon +compshield looks awesome), Boots can be bought in shop and got some time ago the armor droped. From the time i farmed the shield parts ive got some helm parts in my wh so helm should be no prob. Gloves will be farmed then. Reason: It just looks nicer than FPA (i really hate FPA somehow)

Tatoo: +5 str -5con (i dont want -9con on lvl 40, maybe later ^^)

Weapon: And thats the question, what should i use? I thought about TopC duals for either haste or focus, Berserker Blade (also haste or focus) or SLS+shield with either haste or focus. War Axe looks nice, but too low patk for me. Blunts crit just too bad aswell, thats why i wanne give other weapons a try. Whats better? Fast SLS or strong dual/2H? Haste or focus? Or maybe something total different? What about the tats? +5str or +3str+2dex?

FYI: Most times i play this char i play him solo, i dont have a buffbot so just haste/ww/heal pots. Money isnt so important for me, almost everything in cgrade should be affordable for me. With the blew up of my +7 homu i can craft lots of SS so i dont care either about them. And last but not least, with the time and toons going by ive got somehow fashioned. I want fast and good lvling, yes, but i also want to look good with it xD
wish i lvled my ws with a berserker blade
throw focus on it and odds are thats the best weapon for an often solo ws

one thing i never regreted was when i hit 40 (and got some cash) i got +4 str -4 con
if i had extra money i woulda got +5 str
the +dex might be overboard though

armor doesnt really matter
in reality plated leather is prolly the best set but light armor without buffs on a low damage class might hurt abit
i think full plate is the way to go, but other ppl might have a different opinion
+4Str +4Dex (you have plenty of HP indeed on 40's)
PL+Summon. It's WS and you want difference. Use the golem.

Imo, it's the setup you'd have the most fun.

Weapon: if you go PL def is kinda sucky so dual or 2 handed.
Blunt/pole masteries don't really start to add up enough so that the lower patk is compensated for by the masteries until the mid 50's.

On my dwarves I used duals up until 52-55, then switched to the race oriented weapons.

i wrote a post on this in general discussion
even at 70+ it seems duels are the better bet
If urs the "Why are dorfs gimp" (or alike that) posting, thats why i start to think about it ^_^

I decided to go 2H sword w/ Focus. I dont think haste is that much important and the topC duals w/ focus just look ugly (spirit*raid). Im still not sure if I should give light armor a try aswell.

Im still asking myself what duals really do. With duals the damage is around the same, isnt it? Just the crit and miss chance is cut in the half?

Just as theory:
- Dual and 2H sword got the same patk and atkspeed
- 1 Hit with 2H is 100 damage
- 1 Hit with Dual is then 50 damage left, 50 damage right
- speed with both weapons is the same, after 1 minute i did with both the same damage
- missed target means with 2H i lost a whole attack, with duals i have the chance on "missed target" left and "50 damage" right
- crit with 2H means 200 damage, with duals i have the chance on "crit for 100 damage" left and "normal hit 50 damage" right

Is this somehow correct? I know there r waepon based accuracy and crit stats, the example is like both weapons got same base crit/accuracy. I just wanne try to understand duals a bit better ^^
My WS uses BW Heavy, +5str-5con, +4dex-4con and +7 tsu*sls duals. She chomps thru mobs like the best of them.

yeah i think thats about right
the only difference is when you hit with duels with ss

1 hit 200 damage
1 miss 0 damage
1 hit 200 damage
1 hit 200 damage
2 ss used

2 hand sword
1 hit 400 damage
1 miss 0 damage
1 ss used
can also add, finally, that a great sword costs much less than tsu*sls :). I went dual, but if I ever get the money for Agrade, I may at least try 2H, coz the Agrade duals SA don't appeal to me.
Grate sword vs tsu*sls is also quite some P.atk difference specially at +4.
dunno, according to stratics ( non enchanted) :
great sword: 213
tsu*sls: 228

duals have more. They both hit at the same speed, so over time, the duals should do more damage, especially since when you miss, you'll most likely only half-miss (at the expense of one full SS for half damage), when with the great sword, you miss, you miss, period, so you gotta kill faster with duals. Dunno how the SA modifiers change that tho, so I just talk about base weapons.
Remmember your Tsu*SLS need to be +4 as well for the sa, so 248 P.atk

Sure you can do +4 on the greate sword to, thoght still will be behind P.atk you need it +5-+6 to make up for it.

And truly the SS cost iu no problem at all, as a dwarf, I barly really miss at all.
