They were never put in the game, just the stats were in the database.

There was however basic underwear in the game...but NCSoft thought our poor minds wouldn't be able to handle it...so we get weird undergarments (which is often bigger than the clothes we wear ontop)

warcry also has extensive entries in their database of items we cannot see. including another 2 suits of armor for each grade.

Where are the pictures?? I have seen what underwear looks like, I'm more interested in how cloaks would look like. -So I'll have more to base my opinion on, next time someone suggests they implement them.

If you look hard you can find pictures with cloaks they had cloaks in game in early korean beta closed beta I think.

I'm sure I'm far too lazy to do that. I've sometimes used google, to search for various L2 images, and I get a lot of crap that has nothing to do with L2. Maybe I'm just a search noob.

There are no images of cloaks, cloaks do not exist in the gameclient, underwear does.

I've seen someone playing on the *other* servers where those cloaks are enabled, and they work just like helmets. Meaning you equip em, but they don't affect the toon's appereance.

There are no images of cloaks, cloaks do not exist in the gameclient, underwear does.

Cloaks exist in the game client and there's early beta pics showing male characters in cloaks. Can't be bothered to go and look them up tho :)

Even though NCSoft has decided not to implement them in the NA version, I noticed the other day that if you stand in the right place and change view just the right way, a texture glitch makes certain garments become transparent and, there they are- undergarments.

This is a female light elf at the racetrack with her back to the fence Completely caught me by surprise.

underwear, cloaks = dead. Replaced in c5 for upper head and lower head garments..yay more cute stuff without armor...

Holy hell. You have a 70+ lvl toon and you just noticed that? By teh way, that's normal Elf underwear, not the once intended undergarments, which is more Bikini like.

What you see in that pic, you see it in every Light Elf female as she is running (in a skirt), or swimming, or lying dead, or if you play around with the camera and zoom in far too close to the character. :p

Humans, Dwarf also show panties under the exact same conditiones I mentioned above, especially dwarves when they do a Headstand.

They are not implemented in any official L2 Version.

Actually they are in the game client, just not enabled in any official L2 version. There is no avatar graphics for them though, other than basic underwear which isn't enabled either.

Lol where else...
Next time you see a female human mystic in Devotion set (NG) or any other mini-skirt robe set, ask her to buff... the skirt goes almost horizontal and you can see those ugly white underwear....
Back before they fixed it a human female in Deamon was just horrible >< dark color robe set.... white underwar

Actually, only the cloak slot was removed in C5.
