I am an upper level Bishop leaning towards subclassing as an archer class, mainly for sieging. Wanted peoples opinions on SR, PR, and HE on which would do the best damage and the best for sieging.
Ignorant tho I am, I'm guessing hawkeye. High damage out put but high con so they can take a lot of damage. They are cursed with slow run speed but this can be offset with ww and song of wind. If you in a castle defending, HE would be best. If you out attacking or kiting people on the lawn, prolly a SR.
As they have said, the best overall for sieging is the hawkeye. If you're defending from the walls you can throw on hawkeye and snipe (when you get it) and just stand on the wall as a stationary long range cannon. Whether you're defending or attacking, when it starts to get into close quarters combat the HE is good cause of their con since you won't be kiting much once inside. Even though they are the slowest of the archers they can still outrun alot of other classes as to kite still on the open field to some success.
