First, not to imply I think PR is the 'best' archer or anything like that. No interest in stirring up a HE vs SR vs PR debate. However, I have decided to get my archer going now and since I love de's I will be going PR.
What I'm interested in is finding a topic (or topics) or even a site/page with killer archer info. Everything from armor choice (by level/budget) to bow choice (by armor/level) to hunting ground recommendations, duo/group dynamics to consider, everything.
I did a search of this site and some others and found some info but not the mother lode of archer info I'm seeking.
I'm looking for the Archer Bible. Does it exist? If so, please point me in that direction. If for some reason posting the link is not cool around here, please pm me.
There are a few archer manuals, I'll try to find a substantially updated one. Other than that, direct questions are usually more productive than guides, so feel free to ask anything.
Fayina: I love my Palus Knight (future SK), but I want an archer, too. At some point I'll decide which to focus on. When I first joined this game, over a year ago, I started with archer in mind, on Gustin. However, I ended up playing on Lionna as my Palus Knight and it was on Lionna that I finally learned how to earn adena (manor system, and most recently: selling l2sday letters in Giran). Now I have enough adena I can roll an archer and outfit her no prob (at least through d-grade). So, I'm giving it a go.
Box of Fox: Thanks. I guess I just want a site (sites) or some guids that are, overall, rich in archer info. I love reading about stuff I'm getting into.
Charmille: Thanks, that's a site I didn't have bookmarked, and it seems lively and has several topics that talk about archers. Great info -- thank-you!
