Hello again, hope u're not already sick of my questions :).I was choosing a wepon for my necromancer, when I saw the magic power and the empower SAs on the sword of whispering death. It is said that the empower gives 25 m attack and the magic power-99m attack with increas of the mana cost of every magic by 15%.My question is: How is that m attack calculated?Directly onto the weapon(and gaining all passive dmg bonuses) or on the character status bar (excluding the other skill and stats bonuses)?

Directly onto the matk you see in your character info, i.e. AFTER all buffs. So if you have ca. 1600 matk like my subclass sorc, "empower" SA gives you 1625 matk total (wasn't it 24?) and "magic power" gives you 1699 matk total.
Both are pretty useless IMHO. "Empower" is totally useless and "magic power" might maybe be nice when you're lvl 40-50. Afterwards, the 15% extra mp cost per nuke means that over time you do LESS damage, because you can cast less nukes before your mp is gone and the extra damage is not high enough to outweigh that (the higher your nuke skill level, the higher the extra mp cost).
I cuurently have a SoM w/ Magic Power. From everything I can tell, the MAtk is added just like Varaya said (although I'm not 100% sure)...so I'm think it's way better than the Empower SA.
I personally like the extra MAtk for the over-hit in PvE and the possibility of critting. I dual-box with an SE so I don't really have any MP issues either. If you plan on doing a lot of PvP though, everyone seems to think Acumen is a better buff (so you may want to trade for a Homu). But personally, I think the Magic Power is great for leveling and general PvE purposes.
those SAs are fine only:
* if you need one nuke less; and you already use demon+INT setup (+emp/zerk if you can have it)
* if you are DE fighter for hex and stuff.
Both are PvE SAs w/o great application. They work after buffs, int bonus and so. Just like focus SA but w/o so much noticable effect (save point 1 from above).
