PVP

Hello all,
I'm really new to this game, been playing for a while and i really think was amazing :)
However at some stage in the game someone just came and killed me, though was strange, just revive go again and he repeated over and over.... i know is a pvp game however i thought if i wouldn't attack back he would stop! but not :(
well after reading about this game, in the help appears to have server(s) that are non pvp pj15 or something, tryed to restart and look for that server but nothing

Any hints for a server with no pvp, or i'll have to live with some annoying players attacking all the time? i'm not against pvp, i just hate some players :P

No sorry, the game is a open pvp game. Meaning someone can just come up and kill you if they wanted too. But they will receive consequences for it. EX: Karma. If you don't feel like fighting someone dont hit them back and just let them kill you. If that person kills you and you didnt nto attack back they will go chaotics and gain PK points istead of PVP points.

If a character has more than 5 pk points when they are chaotic they have a good chance of dropping equipted items :)

if you are in newbie areas, try to hunt around guards, they kill any red character that comes around, that might help a bit

Those guards are rather weak >.>

Anyway, there is no "no-pvp" servers on the NA market, so you just need to deal with it. One good way to deal with it is to change hunting spot :)

To be fair, anyone strong enough to kill guards ( aka 60+ ) wouldn't be in newbie areas pking people.

You dont need to be 60+, a 52 toon can drop em easy. Especially those wandering guards and treants/ bloody pixies. And some high lvl perma reds do exist. Know a few 52+ perma red SPS >.>

As my friends like to say in hockey, keep your head on a swivel. PKrs can always be about, but if you see them coming, you can run to town or log out or "kite" them to guards, etc.

Most perma reds are bored or are just blowing off steam. If you don't start shouting at them in chat, they usually lose interest after a few mins. Most reds actually LIKE the verbal battles that erupt afterwards. Just calmly go back to town and see if you can find a higher level looking toon to PK him back. Some people there will be alts, and sometimes they have their main characters logged out nearby as protection.

Heck, I talk to my Pkrs sometimes. I got PKd over in Execution Grounds on my level 30 alt, but managed to sleep the A-grade who attacked me. Since he was naked at the time, I foolishly woke him up by attacking back, but oh well. We laughed about it.
