Another PVP question - re clan war this time

If you are in a one-way war, where another clan has declared on your clan but your leader hasn't accepted...

And if you get killed - two questions:

1) am I right in thinking that you lose 4%, whereas if you killed them, they only lose 1%?

2) can you drop equipment when you are killed?

1. Yes, although if they kill you and you didn't strike back they gain karma.
2. You don't drop anything if a hit from player dropped you. At least the post by Sarge some time ago suggested that.

1. You lose 4%, they gain 1 pk score and karma unless you were flagged too. They lose 1% if you kill them.

2. You cannot drop equipment to players unless you have karma and over 5 pk score.

You drop at any time if you die and are red over 5 pks. Including if you are killed by someone you are at war with.
