is critical bleed a good sa to have on a dragon slayer or should I jsut go health, and if so how much ti costs to get an SA on it and wht lvl crystal

Health SA!!! Lvl 12, Red soul crystal for that. All other SA's for a Dragon Slayer are pure crap.
