I see on everyother server they already have Heros. The players on hindmetih who are qualified to become a hero can't become one. Can someone please look into this. Or explain why there is a delay
I have petitioned this and keep getting canned responses and 'You can only become hero if you are eligible.' All the eligible nobles on Hindemith can't become hero. Can someone please get this taken care of? Is it perhaps because the Grand Olympiad Period we are in now is Period 3? and all of our points were in Period 1?
I dont know how more aggresively without getting moderated I can state how frustrating this is.
Well I do not know what others think, but for an online game the weekend is PRIME TIME. I would expect support to be manned ESPECIALLY on these days. OK, maybe no programmers (not that US NCSoft does have any of those), but at least somebody competent enough to say "yes, it IS a problem, we will look into it". And not just some canned responses from somebody who - as it sounds - did not even check the situation on Hindemith.
In the IT world, there are no weekends. When I still was in 2nd lvl support in the company I work for, I had to do 24h on call duty even on weekends. There was nothing like "oh, that server does not work correctly? Wait until Monday when everybody is back" :)
The more and more I petition about anything, themore and more I think that all the in game reps do is look through a list of responses and click on it.
In about a couple of months I have yet to see a rep actually talk to anyone. Or anyone that I know of.

I've been working in the I.T. field for nearly 20 years and if I get a call on the weekend the building better be on fire. Most anything else can wait until Monday. That's life. Deal with it.
They had enough time to Moderate the form and delete one of my post but they don't have enough time to explain whats going on.
So, do you want the forum moderators (who possibly have NO I.T. training whatsoever) to try and figure out what the problem with the GAME is? Personally, I don't.

When you have spent 2 years grinding to get to this ultimate point in L2 I think you would understand. 1% at 78 takes near 1 hour.So think about it! It just dosen't make sense to me why all the other servers have there Hero System working properly. I usally don't complain but comon.

Big deal, you spent 2 years. 2 days shouldn't be that big of a problem. Relax.
P.S. I'm glad (as I'm sure everyone around you is) that you can't drive yet. You don't have the patience for it.
I wont turn this into a flame war. Just ticks me off that they can't even tell us its being looked into.
Because, most likely, the people that would be doing the "looking" are at home, enjoying the weekend. It'll get fixed soon enough and you'll be able to enjoy spamming the hero channel to your hearts content. Fortunately, it's been turned off on my clients since C4 started.

Currently the Hero system is not bugged. In order to be a Hero, you must have the highest Olympiad points on the server.

Sorry Nissea did u actually log to hindemith in the last 2 days ? There are no heroes at all, and the ones that have highest olympiad points cant be heroes. And by the way, I know how hero system works. How come every noble that has highest points of his class cant be a hero ? Would u mind forward this to another GM that will actually look into the issue ?

hindemith is bugged, the olympiad started 1 or 2 days late on hindemith for no apparent reason.
