So, has anyone actually obtained one of these or seen someone who has?
I've seen the pieces (have about 30 of them myself) but have not seen any of the recipes, full monocles, or craft shops with them.
I'm wondering if they are actually in game?

Lots of shops on Erica for Monacles and all the other C4(not the ears though) 20kk each.
I have no idea who in their right mind would pay that much for any of them though.
