Though I'm new some know me as a fan of the game. I've learned a lot since my first angry posts. I've taken 3 toons to first class change and finally one to second class change (which means I'm almost not ignorant anymore!).
I've been complimentary of the game--a big supporter!

Nice job fixing the whole chat type mess! :) Too bad about fixing the treasure chest/box gimmick! :(
All other complaints and compliments aside--------why can't there be more memory in the server (or whatever it takes to accomodate play)?????
I had to have been dc'd 6-7 times in an hour this afternoon...I won't even mention the 'always-exciting' lags that occur while hunting. Always fun to find out if u lived or died there..........
Server memory--even for your uber servers--isn't exactly a capital expense!
How 'bout some love (and memory) so we can play? We all WORK during the week, naturally when we all get a chance to play on Sunday we'd like the game to function. The money that came out of my bank account worked just fine for NC Soft--no delays, no shortages--whole amount was there right on time!
And don't even mention or ask questions about my computer--if mine won't run it nobody's will!

My point is you'll get more and better responses to your questions/concerns if you place them in the appropriate category. There are tons of helpful people on the forum, but not all of them are on Lionna.
I have had no problems with connection >.>
Always says "heavy" but never been prevented from logging in, also I had a buy shop up for about 3 days straight last week with no problems(Later hammered by server resets on tuesday, and the suprise one on wednesday or thursday?). Sure it is not your connection?
I could be very wrong about server criticism.
All I know is that cable internet connection has no other issues in other uses for me for past few days....coupled with MANY complaints by playing companions on Lionna (all since last upload of files) that game is very laggy and that I've been disconnected up to 15 times a day.
Since others had that experience...and my connection/computer seem fine....I wondered if it was game platform based.
Appears from answers that problem is likely within my set up....though it still seems strange...I've been playing 3 months and have had no real problem with game performance before that last file upload (about what? 5 days back). Never had lags. Can't remember many disconnects. Then 'bam'....disconnect fever!
