Hi there!

Just a few minutes ago I got my Code to open my game account. And already a few minutes late I'm confused and helpless. At the game login I'm summoned to enter my ID and my password. I already know my passwd, but wft is meant by "ID"? Neither the designation of my PlayNC-Account nor the bloddy long alphanumeric ID-code send with my billing information does work as login. I always get: "Password does not match Account"

Please help. What is meant by this ID?

Thx,

Edgoth
