this thread should be 1000 pages long with nonstop -_-ing towards NCsoft imo.
But it won't be. Because there aren't enough people who CARE. Hero system affects only 1-2% of the total playerbase, likely. Maybe 5%, at the absolute maximum.
Well, as Nya is a member of my clan, as are 3 other heroes in my alliance, it affects more than just that 5% of the player base, as their status has the potential to affect the whole legitimate server when we decide to siege or pvp during the month of april.

I actually sent a board PM to him(her?) about one of the threads locked with no post explaining such action. The response I got was alot was going on and in such a state of being busy, forgot to post something.

As I mentioned previously, we are looking into this problem on Hindemith. Unfortunately I don't have an update at this time, but we will continue to investigate.
a) is current period working properly or not, if not why its running, would be good to stop it?
b) if you will be unable to repair it in next few days, but later , will current heroes get some compensation or current period will be canceled and we will become heroes next period autmaticaly?
c) why is our community not informed about this and we have to inform our server by ourselves
d) is really that hard to check logs, set us heroes and investigate later?

That would require to do some actual work by people who actually know what the hell they're doing. Which we don't have.

Same procedure like on the sweep bug? But now it affects only our Server(?). Ncsoft should offer a webcam so we can have a peek how hard they work. :D

cool, so they even dont know if current period is working or not and they leave it running so next month we will not have heroes again, well we will not fight in olympiad anyway cuz its totaly pointless to fight if we dont get anything for that, ... how to screw cool event...
Would be nice if they at least where honest about it and said: "We're sorry, but fixing this problem this month will be too hard, so we will have it fixed next hero cycle, current would be hero's will be compensated for their efforts." instead of this "We're investigating on this issue, no further info yet." for the lenght of this month.

Frankly, they are bored out of their minds, give the oppotunity to help peeps, to actually be a hero... Or maybe turn to the dark side, and help shaddy clans with political assassinations...
Heros are the Gods of L2. You should be able to pray to God, not that he preach to you. Somehow, God already knows that...
You can always PM them when you see them say something globally :P An alliance pm'ing 1 person at the same time will make them perhaps realise that using the hero chat to advertise stuff aint the smartest thing ^^

if one person knows the location, pm any hero they can shout it and everyone knows, how much faster then that can it get?
Though it will also be open for abuse, pm a hero with a false location and everyone will turn against you when 500 people port to Dark Omens for nothing, mwahah! >=)
