Beat me up if ya want, but I'm trying to find someone, and never can, so I thought I'd ask for help.
I'm looking for MisstressShyler (In-game avatar).
If she sees this, or someone can help, send me a whisper in-game, or a private message here, on the forums. Rather not have a long string.
If you are looking for an NPC or another player, to target thier location type /target [name]
if its a players name - /target MisstressShyler
if its an NPC - /target Shyler or /target Mistress Shyler
any of these could help you find her, although you must be within a certain range. (town or land region)
I don't think that's what she's asking. She wants to talk to the person, apparently, and /target won't help her with that. What if the person is across the map? She knows how to whisper, which would be more efficient than running all over the map typing /target. I think basically she just never sees this person online and needs to contact her rather than physically locate her.
ok, sorry my bad. you said you wanted to 'find' someone, i think i must have been up too late grinding prior to my reply and misunderstood her question. ^^
whispers (aka pm): "{name} are definately the way to go to talk to someone and them only. If you wish to add them to your friends list after talking to them, you can type /friendinvite {name} and that way you can tell if they are online/offline at anytime. ^^
I do appreciate the help. I posted here because I have tried everything in game, and so was hoping that either she, or someone that knew her and her alts would be able to help me out.
