for levelling my pet and for seeding with a ranged character i have to manually stop attacking which works fine but....
is there a reliable way to cease attacking via macro?

funny i was thinking about this just yesterday
i know with mages if you hold the shift key you dont move
try getting in seed range but out of melee range
then hold down shift and use a seed
see if it works cause i honestly dont know if it does
