CG and DG Bsps Recipe

Any clues on where I can find this? or quest for it?

I once found an old scroll in dion that read:

In a sea of white lands,
Sealed off by ancient hands.
Look too where orfen lies,
where many warriors have fought and died.
Little dragons they fly so high,
they spoil a green little recipe, if only you try.

Yeah.. CBSPS is a spoil (1/400 or so) from the drakes in Sea of Spores.

DBSPS one is common spoil less than 1/50 from Turek Orc Supplier and Basilisk.
