Hello, I was wondering what "Raises amount of MP recovered from recharging" meant when they said recharging. Is that a buff or scroll that i need to use?

Elven Elders, and Shillien Elders, get a skill called "recharge"
depending on level difference, and the amount of skill levels invested into "higher mana gain" if someone casts Recharge on you, you will receive a small/decent amount of MP.
It is an absolutely essential skill if you regularly play in bigger parties as a nuker. Also absolutely essential for raids. The skill basically creates mp from thin air when an elder uses the recharge skill on you. For example, my recharge skill costs 137 mp (I think) and if I recharge a high lvl nuker, he gets about 220mp from it each time. So if you get recharged ten times, you get over 800mp for free.
