The game say that my password doesn't match with the account! I've tried to change it, but did'nt work. i registered my cd-key and credit card today, does it take that much time to work? I already received the confirmation email.
your playNC master account password CAN BE different from your game login password.
for that, you should remember what you choose at the screen when it asked you "do you want your PlayNC password to be the same as your login password?"
if you clicked NO, you would have been prompted to make a new password for game login.
at least this is how i remember it.
having said this, all such account related issues must be directed to the support staff.
