Please advise if it worth it to pick up quests that benefit in EXP for my char. Or it is much faster to level my char up by killing all kind of mobs?
If it worth, how to find out where to find such quests?
Quest vary rarely give XP and even when they do, they usually don't give the amount of XP worth the time to do them. Or they give XP but no SP and that's a bit of a problem...
What you use quests for is to gain extra adena. Get quests that give you money for mobs you are going to kill anyway. That way you get something extra for your time.
Sometimes you will do a quest to get a specific reward from the quest, like if you want a fishing rod without paying for one you can do the quest in Gludio.

A good site for quests is Stratics (http://lineage2.stratics.com/) If you have questions about a specific quest, post them here. I've done a lot of quests and I or someone else can probably help you.
Edit: Oh.. Stratics has walkthroughs but if you just want a list of possible quests the website here has a good one in the library.
Just an FYI, there is a LOT of information in the Library. The Web team is doing a good job of trying to get things updated.
I would say do any quests that involve mobs you are xping on. Since you are hunting the mobs anyway the xp will come fast enough. Adena is the hardest thing to aquire so consentrate on getting as much adena as you can from hunting and questing.
No clue what level you are, but for anyone that's 70ish there's a crazy easy quest that gives XP as a reward. See one of the dwarves NPCs in Rune town (Donal I think?) and you run around a small bit and it's done.
the most efficient xp gain is killing not "all kinds" of mobs, but the one mob that is the most efficient for your mana. Sadly, this is terribly boring, so I'd stick to "all kinds", but in an area known for at least decent drops.

I just became lvl 20 =) and I am looking for a D-grade magic weapon. I would prefer to do a quest to get one or exchange my none-grade book and pay the difference. Do you think it's possible?

As far as I know there are no quests to get a D grade mage wep. If you just made lvl 20 don't sweat changing weps yet you can still do just fine with the NG wep. Just keep saving all the adena you can get and when you get close sell the NG wep and buy the D grade. IMO you dont need to buy a TOP D wep. I had a demon fang all the way to 45 its a bit harder in the 40's but its possible to do. IMO top D grade weps are just to expensive. Just be patient and have fun and dont worry about having the best grade for your lvl untill you get alot higher in lvl and pvp becomes more part of the game for you.
