C4 Patch Notes for SAs are here. (http://www.lineage2.com/news/chronicle4_09.html)

There are no B grade Mana Up SAs, only C grade, added on the Stick of Faith, Soulfire Dirk, Mace of the Underworld, and A grade, Arcana Mace.

Existing Mana Up SAs are listed here. (http://lineage2.stratics.com/content/library/sas/) There are no B grade Mana Up weapons there either.

Arcana mace is S grade, you can get mana up on a carnage bow also, which is A.
