Monk/Tyrant and Force

I was looking through the skill lists for Monks and Tyrants recently and noticed that they're able to charge their force up to level 7. I recently purchased level 2 myself and noted that force blaster used up the whole thing, regardless of charges, and that there was no noticeable difference in damage. Aside from Hurricane Assault, none of the other "force" abilities are noted as requiring multiple force levels.

So my question is, what's the point of having more than 2 levels of force charged up if any force ability consumes the entire schebang? Is there a damage difference that I just didn't notice? Is force blaster the only force ability that consumes all your charges? Are the other force abilities, Force Buster for instance, improperly described and require more than just one charge?

Thanks for the explanation. Just want to make sure I don't spend my SP on redundant upgrades.

Some skills requre certain force level to launch.
And higher force level - results in higher damage actually.

Yep, that's it.

Some skills requires level 2 minimum.

The more level, the more damage... adss up a lot when you get to level 7. Not sure if it's 15% or 20% more damage per level.
