Arteias

Will we every see the Race of Arteias?

Or did I over look something

they are mentioned in Lore, but no one has ever seen one.... They were one of the races created by the gods, but no where to be seen in the world of Lineage II?

They flew away. Maybe wait untill the land mass west of TI comes, we might see them as mobs, but never as PC's.

and what of the Gaints?

Maybe one or two left

Theres giants around in giants cave.

Einhasad continued to rage, but she could not act against Gran Kain's wishes -- he possessed strength equal to her own. She decided that, as Gran Kain had said, it would be better to leave the giants on that narrow, barren land to forever repent their sins rather than to kill them all. She ended her hunt and returned to her home.

They may be still alive

yeah, dead ones.

No, there is a series of "lesser giant xy". They are neither undead nor dead - just severely mutilated.

I don't believe we will be getting a new player race.
