Ok guys so now that C4 has been out for some time. What archer do you think its best all around? And tell me why, please.

HE is best at PvP and PvE when fully buffed, there is no contest. Self buffs only then the SR is the best, possibly, in an archer vs archer fight if you got Snipe, then you win.

I prefer PR but that's really only because I like playing dark elves.

ORCher is not a real archer.

Sure, they have 13k p.atk, but they cant hit a fish in a bucket.

Oh really? I find it pretty easy to hit with 121 accuracy... Also, ORCHER is actually 2 classes, Destroyer and Tyrant. Destro having huge dmg, Tyrant having blinding speed. Besides, 1 hit from 13pattk is better than 2 from 3k.

yea dude Orchers all the way!! ORC!!! the only thing they lack is range :(.

As for the official archer classes its a toss-up between Phantom Rangers and Hawkeyes. Silver Rangers were awesome back in the day and at low lvls before everyone had 2 boxed buffers but after all the LE nerfs (crit rate and evasion nerf) LE archers kind of lost their edge.

PRs however do take time to get effective with whereas HE are just beasts with power and HP. If you take advantage of PR's Hexing and Power Breaking abilities they are **** good however they got shiit for HP and pdef so if you make enemies that use /target macros you are pretty much screwed. However if you manage to keep a low profile and play the class wisely PRs are [censored] awesome. If you want an easy to play pwnage archer then go HE.
