This is the first time I have every gotten a toon up to B-grade, and im only a few lvls away. So plz be gentle with me. What robes would be best for a bishop? Which ones would increase my rez % and heal %? Up untill now I just went with casting speed, but with acruman and zerk I cast well fast enough. So now Im trying to get my most important skill %'s up. I would be greatful for any advice you all could give. Thanks in advance.
Blue Wolf is indeed the perfect healer set - the set sports increased cast speed, improved res, a huge mana pool and I believe even a bonus to MP regeneration.
He's not being stupid he is just asking a question not your option of his intelligence.
But SPS is right Blue Wolf. Due to the Mana Regeration. If you want stick with a Homu*Acuman no need to + it ^ unless you like the looks of the glow. But personaly I would get a weapon that gives you mana up.
He says he casts fast enough with his cleric buffs acumen2 and zerk1, no way does he. Healers need lots of casting speed, espcially so when with a hardcore melee group or pole party, where seconds count. If he didnt take casting speed weapon and armour thats 30% casting speed he's missing out on. That is stupid.
Blue wolf. Yeah there is TECHNICALLY a MP regen bonus but honestly... having worn BW from level 53 (C2) to so far 72 (C4) I'd have to say the regen bonus was noticable in C2 and then all but gone in C3.
X-actly. Blue Wolf is *the* bishop set. It gives the most mp of all B grade robe sets, casting speed, mp regen AND you get the highest bonus to your % res with it. It is the perfect healer set. And when you get to A grade, you really do not have to upgrade to an A grade robe set. DC and Tallum are no upgrades to BW, they are about the same (you trade a bit of mp for a bit higher casting speed). Only Majestic is worth consideration, but it is not THAT much better than BW (certainly not worth what you have to pay for the helmet). BW can serve you well up to lvl 78 :)
