Ok i might just be crazy but i distinctly remember like 2 months ago when you logged into the game and picked your server, at the bottom of the screen it was posted that NCsoft was coming out with a Lineage 2 relax server with faster xp and drop rates. Does anyone remember this and if you have any information on if and when this server will be coming out?

That was left in by mistake from Korea. There are no relaxed servers nor are the plans for one.
well is there any plans for any new servers? That is the only true way to keep the game alive imo. I mean if you are a new player you are daunted by the fact that you stand no chance in a pvp game. Even older players coming back need a fresh start or you are food for higher levels. I mean DAOC, UO, WOW, EQ have all come out with new servers in time just to keep new players and returning players interested.

For a small amount of people "maybe". For those who have a lot of hours per day, maybe a 2 box and of course good equipment.
But I don't think that a player coming into the game with at least some of those (especially the time) can make 65 in a month. The average player or person probably not.
Having said that, I don't think that is a good enough reason to open a new server as eventually a new player will catch up.
Hey, that's an idea. They already give newbie player benefits, why not just make a new spell. Call it aura of the 40 or something like that. It will temporarily boost your character to lvl 40 until you hit lvl 25. Aura of the 40 would last 60 mintues, just like the other newbie buffs.
