Back in the day I bought one for 30k. They shouldn't cost very much, since the quest is so easy.
Are you buying or selling? If buying, I suggest you do the quest yourself.

The quest is easy. Don't pay more than the price it'd cost to teleport to Giran and back to Gludin.

Just a note. How expensive and how much hassle the quest is depends on what race you are. All races have to go back to their home area to kill spiders. So Humans, Dwarves and Orcs have port costs that the Elves don't.
